Rehabilitation o a Quintana in Omedas, Pravia.

Integrated project for the rehabilitation of an Astirias Quintana, a typical rural settlement consisting of housing, hórreo, antoxana and other auxiliary buildings forming a set. In this case the set consists of three houses, an horreo, a barn and the remains of an old bakery. It proposes a comprehensive rehabilitation reinforcing the values of traditional Asturian architecture and maintaining the unity of all parts. To meet the challenge of reform it was proposed a system of self construction, by phases. The end use is the rural housing, so that each piece should help to serve the whole, thus consolidating the quintana as a unit to update its use.
